Check-ins or logs not saving

What to check if your check-ins, logs, or entries are not saving correctly in Zovrah.

Overview

If a check-in or log does not appear to save, the issue may be linked to your internet connection, device, app version, or a temporary syncing delay.

In most cases, checking your connection, closing and reopening the app, and allowing a short time for syncing can help resolve the issue.

Check your connection

Start by checking that your device has a stable internet connection.

If your connection drops while saving a check-in or log, the entry may not appear immediately or may need time to sync properly.

Allow time for the log to appear

Some check-ins or logs may take a short time to appear after saving.

This can happen after app updates, connection changes, or when Zovrah is syncing information across your account.

Types of logs this may affect

This may apply to morning, midday, and evening check-ins, meal logs, supplements, hydration, activity, journal entries, weight logs, or other tracked activity inside Zovrah.

If only one type of log is affected, include that detail when contacting support.

Avoid duplicate submissions

If you are unsure whether a check-in or log has saved, avoid repeatedly submitting the same entry straight away.

Submitting the same information multiple times may create duplicate records if the original entry appears after syncing.
