What to check if Zovrah reminders or notifications are not appearing on your device.

Overview

Zovrah may use notifications to help you stay consistent with check-ins, rewards, account updates, and important app activity.

If notifications are not appearing, the issue is usually linked to your device settings, notification permissions, Focus Mode, Do Not Disturb, Low Power Mode, or in-app preferences.

Check iPhone notification settings

Start by checking that notifications are enabled for Zovrah in your iPhone settings.

If notifications are turned off at device level, Zovrah will not be able to send reminders or alerts to your device.

Check your Zovrah preferences

Where available, check your notification preferences inside the Zovrah app.

Some reminders may depend on the preferences you have selected, such as check-in reminders or other app activity notifications.

Check Focus Mode and device settings

Notification delivery may be affected by iPhone settings such as Focus Mode, Do Not Disturb, Low Power Mode, notification summaries, or background app restrictions.

If these settings are enabled, Zovrah notifications may be delayed, hidden, or not shown as expected.
