Overview
If you are having trouble accessing your Zovrah account, the issue is usually linked to your email address, password, device, or subscription status.
Most login issues can be resolved by checking your account email, resetting your password, or confirming that your subscription is linked to the correct Apple ID and Zovrah account.
Check your email address
Make sure you are using the same email address linked to your Zovrah account.
If you have more than one email address, check whether you may have created your Zovrah account with a different one. Using the wrong email may make it look like your subscription, history, or access is missing.
Reset your password
If your password is incorrect or you cannot remember it, you can reset your password through the Zovrah app or through web.zovrah.com.
Password reset emails are sent to the email address linked to your Zovrah account. If you do not receive the email, check your spam, junk, promotions, or filtered inbox folders.
If your subscription access is not showing
If you subscribed through the iOS app but your Zovrah access is not appearing correctly, check that you are logged in with the correct Zovrah account.
You should also make sure the subscription is active through your Apple ID and App Store subscription settings.
If you no longer have access to your email
If you no longer have access to the email address linked to your Zovrah account, you may need support from the Zovrah team.
For security reasons, Zovrah may need to complete verification checks before helping with account recovery or email changes.
