Changing your email address

How to request an email address change for your Zovrah account.

Overview

You can change the email address linked to your Zovrah account through your Account Settings on web.zovrah.com.

To protect your account, you'll need to verify ownership of your current email address before making any changes.

How to change your email address

  1. Sign in to your account at web.zovrah.com.

  2. Open Account Settings.

  3. Select Change Email Address.

  4. Request a verification code.

  5. Enter the six-digit code sent to your current email address.

  6. Enter and confirm your new email address.

  7. Review the details and confirm the change.

Once completed, your new email address will become the primary email associated with your Zovrah account.

Why verification is required

Your email address is linked to important parts of your account, including:

  • Login access

  • Security notifications

  • Password resets

  • Subscription management

  • Rewards and account records

  • Support communications

To prevent unauthorised changes, Zovrah requires verification of your current email address before an update can be made.

What happens after the change?

After your email address is updated:

  • Future sign-ins will use your new email address.

  • Your password will remain unchanged.

  • Your account history, rewards, subscriptions, check-ins, insights, and personalisation will remain intact.

  • Confirmation emails will be sent to both your previous and new email addresses.

I no longer have access to my current email address

If you cannot access the email address currently linked to your account, you will not be able to complete the self-service email change process.

If this happens, visit zovrah.com/help and contact the Zovrah Support team. Additional verification checks may be required before any changes can be made to your account.

Do not create a new account

You should not create a new Zovrah account simply to use a different email address.

Creating a new account may affect access to your existing account history, rewards activity, subscriptions, insights, personalisation, and other account data.

If you need to use a different email address, update the email linked to your existing account instead.
