Overview
If you forget your Zovrah password or cannot access your account, you can reset your password through the Zovrah app or through web.zovrah.com.
Password resets are linked to the email address connected to your Zovrah account.
Resetting your password in the app
If you can access the Zovrah app, use the password reset option from the login screen or account access flow.
You will be asked to enter the email address linked to your Zovrah account. If the email matches an existing account, a password reset email will be sent to that address.
Resetting your password through web.zovrah.com
If you cannot access the app, you can use web.zovrah.com to complete the password reset process.
This is useful if you are locked out of the app, using a new device, or need to regain access before logging back in.
If you do not receive the reset email
Password reset emails are sent to the email address linked to your Zovrah account.
If you do not receive the email, check your spam, junk, promotions, or other filtered inbox folders. You should also make sure the email address entered is the same one used for your Zovrah account.

Zovrah support cannot see, recover, or provide your existing password.
However, the team can help you review account access issues, confirm the correct support route, and assist with regaining access where possible.
