Free trials and renewal dates

How Zovrah free trials work, when subscriptions renew, and where to manage your trial.

Overview

Zovrah may offer a 7-day free trial for new members through the iOS app.

Free trials are managed through your Apple ID and App Store subscription settings. This means Apple controls the trial start date, trial end date, renewal date, billing method, and cancellation process.

How the free trial works

When you start a Zovrah free trial, you choose a subscription plan before the trial begins.

You can use Zovrah during the trial period, and your subscription will renew into the selected paid plan unless it is cancelled before the trial ends.

Checking your renewal date

Your trial end date and renewal date can be viewed through your Apple subscription settings.

Apple will show when your Zovrah trial is due to end, which plan it is linked to, and when billing is expected to begin if the subscription remains active.

Cancelling during a free trial

If you do not want your Zovrah trial to renew into a paid subscription, you must cancel through your Apple ID subscription settings before the trial ends.

Deleting the Zovrah app does not cancel your trial or subscription.

After the trial ends

If your trial is not cancelled before the end date, Apple may renew your subscription into the selected paid plan.

Your access to Zovrah will continue while your subscription remains active.

Trial extensions

Zovrah does not automatically extend free trials.

If you experience an account access issue during your trial, you can contact the Zovrah team through zovrah.com/help and we will do our best to review the issue.

Need more help?

If you are unsure when your trial ends, whether your subscription has renewed, or which Apple ID your subscription is linked to, check your Apple subscription settings first.
