Overview
You can request deletion of your Zovrah account through the Zovrah app or through web.zovrah.com.
Account deletion is separate from deleting the app or cancelling your subscription. If you no longer want to use Zovrah, you may need to complete more than one action depending on whether you have an active subscription.
Deleting the app does not delete your account
Deleting the Zovrah app from your device does not automatically delete your Zovrah account.
Your account, profile, subscription status, support history, and relevant app data may still exist unless you submit an account deletion request through the correct route.
Cancelling your subscription separately
If you have an active Zovrah subscription through Apple, you should cancel it separately through your Apple ID and App Store subscription settings.
Deleting your Zovrah account does not automatically cancel an Apple-managed subscription. Apple controls App Store subscriptions, billing, renewals, and cancellations.
What happens to your data
Once your account deletion request has been processed, personal account data may be deleted in line with Zovrah’s Privacy Policy.
Some records may need to be retained where required for legal, security, payment, fraud prevention, account integrity, or support purposes.
Before requesting deletion
Before deleting your account, make sure you understand that this may affect your access to Zovrah, your check-in history, rewards activity, subscription-linked access, and account support records.
If you are only having an issue with your subscription, billing, login, or app access, you may want to contact support first so the team can help review the issue.
