Cancelling your Zovrah subscription

How to cancel your Zovrah subscription and understand what happens to your access afterwards.

Overview

Zovrah subscriptions created through the iOS app are managed by Apple through your Apple ID and App Store subscription settings.

This means cancellation must be completed through Apple. Zovrah cannot cancel an Apple-managed subscription on behalf of a member.

How to cancel

To cancel your Zovrah subscription, open your Apple ID subscription settings on your iPhone or iPad.

From there, select your active Zovrah subscription and follow Apple’s cancellation steps. Apple will confirm whether the subscription has been cancelled and show the date your access is due to end.

Deleting the app does not cancel your subscription

Deleting the Zovrah app from your device does not cancel your subscription.

If you want to stop future renewal charges, you must cancel the subscription through your Apple ID subscription settings.

What happens after cancellation

If you cancel your Zovrah subscription, your access will continue until the end of your current trial period or billing period.

Cancellation stops the subscription from renewing again after the end date. Your access does not usually end immediately after cancelling.

Resubscribing to Zovrah

You can resubscribe to Zovrah later if you decide to return.

If subscription options are available in the app, you can choose a new plan and continue using Zovrah once your access has been restored.
