Billing and payment issues

Guidance on understanding Apple billing, subscription payments, and account access issues linked to Zovrah.

Overview

Zovrah subscriptions created through the iOS app are billed and managed by Apple through your Apple ID.

This means payment methods, renewal charges, billing receipts, subscription cancellations, and refund requests are handled through Apple’s App Store billing system rather than directly by Zovrah.

Checking your Apple subscription

If you need to review a payment, check your renewal date, update your payment method, or manage your active plan, you should do this through your Apple subscription settings.

Your Apple subscription page will usually show your current Zovrah plan, the billing period, renewal status, and available subscription options.

When Zovrah can help

Although Apple manages billing, the Zovrah team can help review account access issues linked to your subscription.

For example, if you have subscribed through Apple but your Zovrah account is not showing the correct access, we can help check whether your subscription status is syncing correctly with your account.

Helpful information to include

When submitting a billing or subscription-related support request, it can help to include your Apple receipt, Apple order ID, account email, screenshots, subscription date, or any other relevant information.

This is not always required, but it can help the team review your request more quickly and accurately.

Refund requests

For App Store purchases, refund decisions are made by Apple.

Zovrah cannot directly issue App Store refunds on Apple’s behalf, but we will do our best to help you understand the correct process and provide support where we can.
