Overview
Zovrah subscriptions created through the iOS app are managed through your Apple ID and App Store subscription settings.
This means subscription actions such as cancelling, renewing, changing your payment method, or switching plans are handled by Apple rather than directly inside Zovrah.
Zovrah subscription options
Zovrah currently offers two subscription options:
Monthly: £12 per month
Annual: £99 per year
Your active plan, renewal date, billing status, and cancellation options can be viewed through your Apple subscription settings.
Managing your subscription through Apple
To manage your Zovrah subscription, open your Apple ID subscription settings on your iPhone or iPad.
From there, you can review your active subscription, update your payment method, cancel your plan, renew your plan, or switch between available subscription options where Apple makes this available.
Cancelling your subscription
If you cancel your Zovrah subscription through Apple, your access will continue until the end of your current billing period or trial period.
Cancelling stops the subscription from renewing again after the end date. It does not usually remove access immediately.
Refunds and billing changes
Zovrah cannot directly cancel, refund, or change App Store subscriptions on behalf of members.
If you need to request a refund for an App Store purchase, this must be handled through Apple’s refund process. Apple reviews refund requests directly and decides whether a refund can be issued.
