Your Zovrah account contains the key details connected to your membership, app access, check-ins, rewards, subscription status, and support history.

Keeping this information accurate helps Zovrah personalise your experience, protect your account, and provide the right support when needed.

Updating your account details

Some account details can be updated directly inside the Zovrah app. This includes your name, date of birth, and password where these options are available.

If you need to change the email address linked to your Zovrah account, you will need to contact the Zovrah team. Email changes affect account access, subscription records, support history, and security checks, so they must be reviewed before being updated.

Using web.zovrah.com

Some wider account actions should be completed through web.zovrah.com, depending on the type of request.

This may include account management actions that are not available directly inside the app, or requests that require additional review before they can be completed.

Managing your subscription

If your subscription was started through the iOS app, your billing is managed through your Apple ID and App Store subscription settings.

This means changes such as cancelling your subscription, renewing your subscription, or updating your payment method should be completed through Apple.

Deleting your account

You can request account deletion through the Zovrah app or through web.zovrah.com.

Once submitted, your request will be reviewed and processed in line with Zovrah’s Privacy Policy. Personal account data may be deleted, but some records may be retained where required for legal, security, payment, fraud prevention, or support purposes.
