Rewards terms, fairness and misuse

How Zovrah protects the rewards system so eligible members can earn rewards fairly and responsibly.

Overview

Zovrah Rewards are designed to support consistency, accountability and genuine engagement.

To keep the system fair, Zovrah may review reward activity where needed. This helps protect members, prevent misuse and make sure rewards are awarded correctly.

Rewards are based on eligible activity

Zovrah Rewards are linked to eligible activity inside the app.

They are not based on chance, gambling, prize draws or random selection. Rewards are connected to actions such as check-ins, referrals, consistency, milestones and other approved activity where the relevant conditions are met.

What may be considered misuse

Misuse may include duplicate accounts, false referrals, manipulated check-ins, suspicious payout behaviour, invalid invite or referral activity, or attempts to bypass reward eligibility rules.

It may also include behaviour that appears to artificially increase rewards or misrepresent genuine app activity.

What happens if misuse is suspected

If misuse is suspected, Zovrah may review the relevant reward activity before taking action.

During a review, rewards may be delayed, held, adjusted, withheld or removed. Payout requests may also be paused while the review is taking place.

What happens if misuse is confirmed

If misuse is confirmed, Zovrah may remove affected rewards, decline payout requests, restrict access to rewards or ban the account from Zovrah.

This protects the integrity of the rewards system and helps ensure genuine members are treated fairly.

Keeping rewards fair

The best way to use Zovrah Rewards is honestly and consistently.

Complete real check-ins, refer genuine members, avoid duplicate accounts and use the app as intended. Rewards are there to support meaningful consistency, not to be manipulated or treated as a shortcut.
