Overview
Some rewards may not appear immediately after an action is completed.
This does not always mean something is wrong. Zovrah may need to check eligibility, account activity, referral completion, check-in activity or active reward rules before a reward is added to your balance.
Pending rewards
A reward may appear as pending while Zovrah reviews whether the reward conditions have been met.
Pending rewards are a normal part of the rewards process. They help keep the system accurate and fair, especially for referrals, milestone rewards, payout-related checks or activity that needs to be verified.
Referral reward timing
Referral rewards are not awarded as soon as someone creates an account.
For a referral reward to be awarded, the referred member must complete 3 days of check-ins. This helps ensure referral rewards are connected to real use of Zovrah, not just account creation.
Once the required check-in activity has been completed and eligibility has been confirmed, the referral reward can be added.
Common reasons a reward may not appear
A reward may not appear immediately if the required activity has not been completed, a check-in is missing, the reward rule has not yet been met, the reward is still pending review, or the app has not finished syncing.
It may also happen if a referral is invalid, the referred account has not completed 3 days of check-ins, duplicate account activity is detected, or the reward requires additional eligibility checks.
Check your Rewards page first
Before submitting a support request, check your Rewards page inside the app.
Review your reward activity, pending rewards, referral status, streaks, milestones and payout history. In many cases, the reward may still be processing or waiting for the required activity to be completed.
When to contact support
If you believe a reward is still missing after the required activity has been completed, submit a support request through zovrah.com/help.
Include the reward type, approximate date, referral details if relevant, and any information shown inside your Rewards page. This helps the team review the issue more accurately.
