Overview
Once your Zovrah reward balance reaches the minimum payout threshold, you may be able to request a payout from inside the app.
Payouts are designed to let eligible members withdraw earned rewards after the required balance has been reached and the request has been reviewed.
Minimum payout threshold
Zovrah has a £50 minimum payout threshold.
This means your reward balance must reach at least £50 before you can request a payout. If your balance is below this amount, your rewards will continue building inside your account until you reach the threshold.

Withdrawing your balance
When you request a payout, your full available balance must be withdrawn at once.
Partial withdrawals are not currently supported. This means you cannot choose to withdraw only part of your eligible balance while leaving the rest inside your account.
Payout method
Zovrah payouts are processed by bank transfer.
You may need to provide accurate payout details before your request can be reviewed and processed. Make sure any information you submit is correct, as incorrect details may delay your payout.
Payout review
All payout requests are reviewed before approval.
This review may include checks on your reward balance, account status, reward eligibility, referral activity, payout history and misuse prevention.
This helps keep the rewards system fair and protects members from incorrect or suspicious activity.
How long payouts take
Approved payouts can take up to 10 business days to be fully processed from the date of approval.
You can review the status of your payout from the relevant payout area inside the Rewards page.
If your payout is delayed
If your payout has not been processed after the expected timeframe, submit a support request through zovrah.com/help.
Include your account details, payout request date, payout status and any relevant information shown inside the Rewards page.
