Why your score may not match how you feel

Why your Readiness, Sleep, Stress or Nutrition score may sometimes feel different from your lived experience.

Your Zovrah scores are designed to help you understand your day more clearly, but they may not always match exactly how you feel.

This can happen because your scores are based on the information Zovrah has available, while your lived experience may be affected by extra context that has not yet been logged.

A score is a starting point for reflection, not the final answer.

Scores depend on available information

Your Readiness, Sleep, Stress and Nutrition scores are shaped by your check-ins, logs, behaviours, optional connected data and recent history.

If something important has not been logged, Zovrah may not have the full picture. This could make a score feel higher or lower than expected.

For example, if you feel exhausted but have not logged disrupted sleep, illness, emotional stress, travel or unusual workload, Zovrah may have less context to explain why you feel that way.

Context matters

Many things can affect how you feel.

This may include sleep disruption, stress, hydration, alcohol, medication, illness, travel, training load, menstrual cycle, emotional pressure, workload, meal timing, routine changes or anything else happening in your life.

The more useful context you give Zovrah, the easier it becomes for the app to understand what may be influencing your scores and insights.

Why your baseline matters

Zovrah becomes more personal as it learns your baseline over time.

Early scores may feel broader because the app is still learning what is normal for you. As your history builds, Zovrah can begin comparing your daily inputs against your own patterns, rather than treating every day in isolation.

This helps your scores become more relevant to your real routine.

Use the score as a reflection tool

If a score does not match how you feel, use it as a prompt to look deeper.

Review your recent check-ins, logs, journal entries, insights and Kairo guidance. Ask yourself what may be missing, what changed, or what might explain the difference.

Sometimes the score may highlight something useful. Other times, how you feel may be telling you that more context is needed.

Adding more context

If something feels off, add more context where it is useful.

This could mean completing your check-ins more fully, logging meals or hydration, adding a journal entry, updating a sleep log, or noting anything unusual that affected your day.
