Overview
When you first start using Zovrah, some areas of the app may look less complete.
This is normal. Zovrah becomes more useful as it builds a clearer picture of your routine, habits and personal baseline over time.
Zovrah needs history to learn your patterns
Zovrah uses your check-ins, logs and reflections to understand what is normal for you.
In your first few days, there may not be enough history to show deeper trends, correlations, reports or highly personalised insights. Early guidance may feel simpler because Zovrah is still learning from your routine.
As you continue using the app, Zovrah can begin to compare new information against your own patterns.
Why insights may feel simpler at first
Some insights, reports, trends, correlations and Kairo responses depend on repeated information.
For example, Zovrah needs enough sleep, stress, nutrition and Readiness data before it can identify meaningful changes or recurring patterns. One or two days of data can still be useful, but it may not be enough to explain longer-term behaviour.
This is why the first week is mainly about building the habit.
What can make data look less complete
Your data may look less complete if you have not yet completed enough check-ins, skipped certain logs, missed part of the daily routine or have not connected optional Apple Health data.
Apple Health is not required, but connected data can add extra context where available. Your daily reflections still remain the most important part of the Zovrah experience.
How to build a clearer picture
The best way to improve your data quality is to use Zovrah consistently.
Complete your Morning, Midday and Evening check-ins, add relevant logs, review your Readiness Score and use Kairo when you want guidance.
You do not need perfect data. You need enough honest, repeated information for Zovrah to understand your real routine.
What to expect over time
As your history grows, Zovrah can become more personalised.
Your scores, insights, reports and Kairo guidance can start to reflect your own baseline, habits and patterns more clearly. The app is designed to become more useful the more consistently you use it.
