Overview
Missing a check-in is not the end of your progress.
Zovrah is built around consistency, but it is also designed for real life. Some days will be busier than others, and you may occasionally miss a Morning, Midday or Evening check-in.
If that happens, the best thing to do is return to your routine as soon as you can.
How missed check-ins affect your daily data
Each check-in gives Zovrah an important layer of context.
If you miss one, Zovrah may have less information about that part of your day. This can reduce the confidence or completeness of your daily picture, because the app has fewer inputs to understand your Sleep, Stress, Nutrition and Readiness.
Your scores may still appear, but they may be based on less complete information.
Check-ins and streaks
Missing a check-in may affect your streak.
Zovrah uses check-ins to understand consistency, and streaks are built around completing the required activity. If a check-in is missed, your streak may reset depending on the relevant streak or reward rule.
This helps keep streaks meaningful and fair for all members.
Completing a check-in later
If you miss your usual time, you may still be able to complete the check-in later within the same day.
You do not need to complete every check-in at the exact same minute each day, but each one is designed to capture a specific part of your daily routine. Try to complete it while the reflection is still relevant.
Why consistency matters
One missed check-in does not mean you have failed.
Zovrah is designed to help you build awareness over time. The more consistently you complete your check-ins, the more useful your scores, insights, reports, Kairo guidance and rewards can become.
The aim is not perfection. The aim is to keep returning to the habit.
Getting back on track
If you miss a check-in, continue with the next available one and carry on with your routine.
A strong Zovrah habit is built by showing up again, not by never missing a moment.
