Editing or correcting a log

How to update saved logs in Zovrah and keep your scores, insights and daily history accurate.

Overview

If you log something incorrectly in Zovrah, you can edit it.

Your logs help shape your scores, insights, trends, Kairo guidance and reward activity, so it is worth correcting anything that does not reflect what actually happened.

What you can edit

You can update saved logs inside the app, including check-ins and other logged activity.

This may include Sleep, Stress, Nutrition, meals, hydration, supplements, journal entries, activity or other information you have recorded, depending on the section of the app you are using.

Why corrections matter

Correcting a log helps Zovrah understand your day more accurately.

If a check-in, meal, supplement entry or other log is incorrect, it may affect your Readiness Score, pillar scores, insights, reports, streaks or eligible reward progress.

Updating the log gives Zovrah better information to work from.

How to correct a log

Go to the relevant section of the app and open the saved entry you want to change.

Review the information, update anything that is incorrect, then save the corrected version. Once saved, Zovrah can use the updated information across the relevant parts of your account.

When to contact support

Most incorrect logs can be corrected directly inside the app.

If you cannot edit a log, the update does not save, or you believe a correction has not been reflected properly in your scores, insights or rewards, submit a support ticket through zovrah.com/help.

Include the date, type of log and what you were trying to change so the team can review it properly.
