Corporate data, privacy, and reporting

How Zovrah handles corporate insights, employee privacy, and organisation-level reporting.

Overview

Zovrah Corporate is designed to help organisations understand workplace wellbeing trends while protecting individual employee privacy.

Employers may be able to access organisation-level insights, but they do not receive private individual health logs, personal reflections, or detailed personal app activity from employee accounts.

What organisations can see

Corporate reporting may include anonymised or aggregated trends where applicable.

This may include areas such as engagement, check-in consistency, wellbeing trends, readiness patterns, team-level insights, or broader usage data across the organisation.

What remains private

Employees continue to manage their personal Zovrah account and app data independently.

Private individual health logs, personal reflections, journal entries, and detailed member-level wellbeing activity are not intended to be shared directly with employers through corporate reporting.

Why Zovrah uses aggregated reporting

Aggregated reporting helps organisations understand wider wellbeing patterns without turning Zovrah into an employee monitoring tool.

The aim is to help employers make better decisions around support, culture, workload, and wellbeing, while keeping the employee experience personal and protected.

Corporate privacy and terms

Corporate data is handled in line with Zovrah’s Corporate Privacy Policy and Corporate Terms of Use.
