Privacy & Employer Visibility

Learn how Zovrah protects employee privacy, what employers can and cannot see, and how organisation-level insights are handled.

Zovrah Corporate is designed to support employee wellbeing while protecting individual privacy.

Employees should be able to use Zovrah honestly without feeling that their employer can view their private check-ins, journal entries, personal scores, or individual wellbeing activity.

What employers cannot see

Employers should not be able to view an individual employee’s private reflections, personal health data, journal entries, daily check-ins, or individual Readiness Score.

Zovrah is not designed to be used as an employee monitoring tool.

What employers may see

Where corporate reporting is available, employers may receive anonymised and aggregated organisation-level insights.

These insights may help identify broader patterns across a company or team, such as general engagement trends or wider wellbeing themes.

Why some data may be limited

In smaller teams or groups, certain reporting may be limited to protect employee anonymity.

This helps reduce the risk of individual employees being identified from group-level data.

Employee trust matters

Zovrah works best when employees feel safe being honest.

Protecting individual privacy is essential to making the platform useful, credible, and appropriate for workplace wellbeing.
