Overview
Employee access for Zovrah Corporate is managed through the corporate portal.
This allows approved organisations to control who has access to Zovrah under their workplace plan, pilot, seat allocation, or agreed corporate arrangement.
Managing access through the corporate portal
Organisation admins can manage employee access through the corporate portal.
This may include adding employees, removing employees, managing available seats, reviewing access status, and issuing organisation invite codes where available.
Adding employees
Admins can provide eligible employees with access by assigning seats or sharing approved organisation invite codes.
Invite codes help connect employees to the correct organisation, team, plan, pilot, or access route when they create their Zovrah account.
Removing employees
If an employee is removed from a corporate plan, their corporate access may end or change depending on the organisation’s agreement with Zovrah.
Removing an employee from corporate access does not necessarily delete their personal Zovrah account. It may only affect the organisation-funded access linked to that workplace plan.
If access has been removed incorrectly
If an employee believes their corporate access has been removed incorrectly, they should contact their employer, HR team, or organisation admin first.
If the issue cannot be resolved by the organisation, the employee or organisation can contact Zovrah through the appropriate support route.
