Using an organisation code

How to join Zovrah through your employer, organisation, or workplace access route.

Overview

Some employees may receive an organisation invite code from their employer or workplace.

This code helps connect your Zovrah account to the correct organisation, plan, pilot, or corporate access route.

Where to enter your invite code

When creating your Zovrah account, select the option to Join with invite code.

Enter the organisation invite code exactly as it was provided to you. Once accepted, your account should be connected to the relevant organisation access route.

What the invite code does

An organisation invite code helps Zovrah understand which company, team, plan, pilot, or access arrangement your account should be linked to.

This ensures your membership is set up correctly and that your access reflects the arrangement between Zovrah and your organisation.

Invite code limits and eligibility

Organisation invite codes may have limits, expiry dates, or eligibility rules.

If a code has expired, has reached its limit, or is not assigned to your organisation correctly, it may not work during account setup.

If your invite code does not work

If your organisation invite code does not work, contact your employer, HR team, or the person who provided the code first.

If the issue continues, visit zovrah.com/help and choose the most relevant corporate support route.

Do not share your invite code

You should not share organisation invite codes unless your employer or organisation has authorised you to do so.

Invite codes are intended for eligible members only and may be linked to your organisation’s access limits, agreement, or pilot.
