Overview
Zovrah Corporate gives approved organisations a managed way to provide Zovrah access to eligible team members.
Access usually begins with an organisation application, followed by review, approval, and setup by the Zovrah team.
Organisation application and approval
Organisations first apply for Zovrah Corporate through web.zovrah.com/apply/corporate.
Once submitted, the Zovrah team reviews the application and confirms whether the organisation is suitable for corporate access, a pilot, or another workplace support route.
Invite code access
After approval, the organisation may receive one or more invite codes for eligible employees.
Employees should use the organisation invite code provided to them rather than creating a normal consumer account. This helps make sure their access is linked to the correct organisation, team, plan, or pilot.
Employee setup
Once an employee uses a valid organisation invite code, their account can be assigned to the correct corporate access route inside Zovrah.
After access is activated, corporate members can use the Zovrah app in the same way as normal members, including check-ins, readiness scoring, insights, Kairo, logs, and supported app features.
Access eligibility
Corporate access may depend on the organisation’s active plan, pilot, seat allocation, invite code rules, or agreement with Zovrah.
If an employee leaves the organisation, uses the wrong invite code, or is no longer eligible, their corporate access may change.
