Reporting a privacy or security concern

How to report suspicious activity, privacy concerns, or possible security issues affecting your Zovrah account.

Overview

If you notice anything unusual or have a concern about privacy, account access, or security, you should report it through zovrah.com/help.

This helps the Zovrah team review the issue through the correct support route and take appropriate steps where needed.

What you can report

You can report concerns such as suspicious account activity, unauthorised access, unexpected login issues, incorrect personal data, privacy concerns, or possible security issues.

You should also report anything that makes you think your account, personal information, or Zovrah access may have been affected.

What to include

When submitting a report, include a clear explanation of what happened, when you noticed it, the email address linked to your Zovrah account, and any relevant screenshots or details that may help the team investigate.

Please do not include passwords, reset links, login codes, payment card details, or other highly sensitive information in the support form.

How Zovrah reviews reports

Zovrah will review privacy and security reports and may take steps to protect your account or the wider platform where needed.

This may include checking account activity, reviewing relevant records, helping secure access, or following up with you for more information.

If your account may be at risk

If you think someone else may have accessed your account, reset your password as soon as possible through the Zovrah app or web.zovrah.com.

You should also report the issue through zovrah.com/help so the Zovrah team can review it properly.
