Zovrah is designed to protect your information and keep your health-related data private.
Your check-ins, scores, journals, nutrition logs, Kairo conversations, and rewards activity are linked to your own account and used to provide your Zovrah experience.
Security and access
Zovrah uses account-based access controls so user data is separated by account.
The privacy framework confirms that user-scoped tables use Row-Level Security, meaning users should only be able to access their own data.
Sharing your data
Zovrah does not share individual health data with employers, communities, or teams by default.
Where corporate, team, or community programmes are used, organisational reporting is intended to be aggregate and anonymised unless a user explicitly chooses to share more.
If you export a report or share information through your device, that sharing is controlled by you.
What Zovrah does not collect
Zovrah’s privacy framework states that the app does not collect precise geolocation, contacts, microphone audio, advertising identifiers, or browsing data outside the app.
Essential and marketing emails
Zovrah may send essential emails related to your account, security, subscription, or service use.
Marketing emails are separate. Where marketing emails are used, Zovrah is transparent about what they are and how you can manage your preferences.
