Account security and verification checks

How Zovrah helps protect your account and what to do if something looks suspicious.

Overview

Zovrah uses account security measures to help protect member accounts, personal information, app access, rewards activity, and support-related records.

Some security processes may happen automatically in the background, especially where unusual or suspicious account activity is detected.

Protecting your account

Zovrah may use automated systems to help detect suspicious activity, misuse, fraud, or unusual account behaviour.

These checks are designed to help protect your account from unauthorised access, incorrect changes, and activity that may affect the security or integrity of the platform.

Sensitive account changes

In some cases, Zovrah may need to review account activity before completing certain account-related requests.

This helps ensure that changes are being requested by the correct person and that your account remains protected.

Keeping your login details safe

You should never share your password, password reset links, login codes, or sensitive account details with anyone.

If you receive a password reset email you did not request, avoid clicking any links and report the issue to Zovrah support.

What Zovrah will never ask for

Zovrah support will never ask for your password.

If someone claims to be from Zovrah and asks for your password or sensitive login details, do not share them.

Reporting suspicious activity

If you notice suspicious account activity, unexpected login issues, unrecognised account changes, or security concerns, visit zovrah.com/help and choose the most relevant support route.
