Overview
Supplement tracking helps you record what you take and when you take it.
This can give Zovrah more context around your daily routine, consistency and wellbeing patterns. The purpose is not to recommend supplements or suggest that you should take them. It is to help you better understand whether your existing routine may be connected to how you feel.
Logging supplement intake
You may be able to log supplement intake inside your daily check-ins or through dedicated supplement tracking areas in the app.
This helps Zovrah understand when a supplement was taken and how it fits into the rest of your day. Over time, this may provide useful context alongside your Sleep, Stress, Nutrition, Readiness, hydration, meals, activity and journal entries.
How supplement logs support insights
Supplement logs can support your insights, trends and Kairo guidance by adding more detail to your routine.
For example, Zovrah may be able to consider whether certain supplements appear alongside changes in sleep quality, energy, stress, nutrition consistency or how ready you feel.
These patterns are not proof that a supplement caused a change. They are signals that may help you reflect more clearly on your routine.
AI support and supplement information
Zovrah may use AI to help identify supplement compounds, ingredients or commonly associated effects.
This information is designed to support understanding, not replace professional advice. You should still check product labels, dosage information and any guidance provided by the supplement brand or a qualified professional.
AI-generated supplement information may be incomplete or inaccurate if the product details are unclear.
What supplement tracking is not
Supplement tracking is not a medical recommendation tool.
Zovrah does not tell you that you need to start, stop or combine supplements. It does not diagnose deficiencies, treat conditions or replace advice from a doctor, pharmacist, dietitian or other qualified professional.
When to speak to a professional
Speak to a qualified professional before starting, stopping or combining supplements, especially if you are pregnant, taking medication, managing a health condition or unsure whether a product is suitable for you.
Supplement tracking can help you stay aware of your routine, but decisions about what to take should be made carefully and with appropriate advice where needed.
