Zovrah is designed to fit into your day through short moments of reflection.
The core routine is simple: complete your check-ins, log useful context, review your scores, and use Kairo when you want help understanding what may be affecting your sleep, stress, nutrition, or readiness.
You do not need to be perfect. Zovrah works best when you use it consistently enough to build a clear picture of your routines over time.
Your daily rhythm
A typical day in Zovrah includes:
Morning check-in
Reflect on your sleep, wake-up, energy, and how you feel starting the day.
Midday check-in
Capture your stress, mood, focus, hydration, movement, and how the day is developing.
Evening check-in
Reflect on your overall day, nutrition, wind-down, gratitude, and anything that influenced how you felt.
These reflections help Zovrah calculate your Sleep, Stress, Nutrition, and Readiness scores. They also give Kairo and your insights more meaningful context.
What else you can log
Alongside check-ins, you can add more context through meals, hydration, activity, supplements, weight, goals, habits, and journal entries.
You do not need to log everything every day. The most important habit is completing your check-ins consistently.
