Checking your reward balance

Where to view your Zovrah reward balance, reward activity, pending rewards and payout progress inside the app.

Overview

You can check your reward balance from the Rewards page inside the Zovrah app.

This is where you can review your current reward progress, understand what you have earned and see how your rewards are building over time.

What your reward balance shows

Your Rewards page may show different parts of your reward activity, including your available balance, pending rewards, reward history, payout history or progress towards eligible milestones.

The exact information shown may depend on your account, activity and the current version of the app.

Available and pending rewards

Some rewards may appear as available once they have been earned and confirmed.

Other rewards may be pending while Zovrah checks eligibility, referral activity, account status, payout processing or other reward rules.

A pending reward does not always mean something is wrong. It may simply mean the reward is still being reviewed or processed.

Minimum payout threshold

Zovrah has a £50 minimum payout threshold.

This means your reward balance must reach the required amount before you can request a payout. Until then, your rewards can continue building inside your account.

If your balance looks incorrect

If your reward balance looks wrong, first check your reward activity inside the Rewards page.

Look for pending rewards, recent referrals, streak progress, payout history or any activity that may still be processing. Some rewards may not update instantly.

If you still believe something is missing, submit a support request through zovrah.com/help with the reward type, approximate date and any relevant referral, payout or account details.
