All Zovrah users have access to rewards, although the exact rewards available may depend on the active reward rules and how the app is being used.
What reward streaks are
Reward streaks are mainly linked to consistent check-in activity.
They help show that you are returning to Zovrah regularly and completing the core behaviours that make the app more useful. This may include your Morning, Midday and Evening check-ins, depending on the relevant streak or reward requirement.
A streak is designed to recognise repeated effort, not one-off activity.
What milestones are
Milestones are broader progress markers inside Zovrah.
They may relate to consistency, check-ins, logs, referrals, reward progress or other eligible activity. Milestones help recognise meaningful moments as you continue building your routine.
Not every milestone will automatically create a cash reward, but it can still show progress inside your Zovrah experience.
How eligibility works
All users can access Zovrah Rewards, but specific reward eligibility may depend on the active reward rules.
This means certain rewards may require specific actions, activity levels, check-in completion, referral activity or account conditions before they are awarded.
Rewards are linked to eligible activity inside Zovrah, not random selection or chance.
Not every action earns a reward
Not every action inside Zovrah will earn a reward.
Some actions may support your scores, insights, Kairo guidance and personalisation without directly adding to your reward balance. For example, logging extra context may help Zovrah understand your routine more clearly, even if that specific action does not trigger a cash reward.
The reward system is designed to support the behaviours that matter most, especially consistency.
If you miss required activity
Missing required activity may affect a streak, milestone or reward opportunity.
If a streak resets or progress is affected, you can start building again by returning to your check-ins and regular app routine.
Zovrah is built around consistency over time. Missing one moment does not remove the value of showing up again.
