You can request a payout once your eligible rewards balance reaches the minimum payout threshold.
The current minimum payout threshold is £50.
How payouts work
When you request a payout, you may be asked to provide the information needed to process the payment. This may include bank details required to send your reward balance.
Once your payout request has been submitted, it will be reviewed by the Zovrah team.
Payout processing time
Approved payouts may take up to 10 business days to be fully processed from the date of approval.
You can review the status of your payout in the Payouts section of the Rewards page.
Important notes
Your rewards balance is not a bank account, savings account, regulated deposit, or e-money product. It is a record of eligible rewards earned through Zovrah.
Zovrah may review payout requests for fraud prevention, eligibility, security, and compliance reasons. Rewards may be withheld or adjusted if activity does not meet the programme rules.
