When you first start using Zovrah, the app has limited information about you.
This means some insights may feel simple, broader, or less specific during your first few days. That is normal. Zovrah is designed to be honest about what it knows and what it does not know yet.
Zovrah does not guess
Some insights need enough check-ins, logs, or matched data points before they can be shown responsibly.
If there is not enough information, Zovrah may show a lower-confidence insight, provide simpler guidance, or wait until more data is available. This helps avoid misleading patterns or overconfident advice.
What changes over time
As you use Zovrah consistently, the app starts building a clearer picture of your routines.
It can begin to understand your typical sleep patterns, stress drivers, nutrition consistency, energy changes, and readiness trends. Over time, this makes insights more specific and more useful.
How to get better insights
The best way to improve your insights is to complete your daily check-ins as consistently as possible.
You can also add more context by logging meals, hydration, supplements, activity, goals, habits, and journal entries where useful.
You do not need to be perfect. You just need to build enough consistent history for Zovrah to understand your patterns.
