What Kairo can help with

How Zovrah’s in-app coach helps you understand your scores, patterns, goals and daily wellbeing data more clearly.

Overview

Kairo is Zovrah’s in-app AI coach.

It is designed to help you make sense of your Zovrah data, including your Readiness, Sleep, Stress, Nutrition, check-ins, goals, journal context, trends and wider daily patterns.

Instead of giving generic guidance alone, Kairo uses your available Zovrah context to help explain what may be happening and what you could focus on next.

Understanding your scores

Kairo can help explain changes in your Readiness, Sleep, Stress and Nutrition scores.

For example, if your Readiness is lower than usual, Kairo can help you look at possible contributing factors such as sleep quality, stress, hydration, meal timing, missed check-ins or changes in routine.

This can make your scores easier to understand and more useful for daily decision-making.

Exploring patterns and trends

Kairo can help you reflect on patterns across your recent history.

This may include recurring stress drivers, changes in sleep quality, nutrition consistency, energy levels, journaling themes, activity patterns or behaviours that appear to affect your Readiness.

The more consistently you use Zovrah, the more useful this pattern-based guidance can become.

Supporting goals and action plans

Kairo can help you think through goals and next steps.

You might use it to understand what to focus on this week, how to build a better evening routine, how to approach stress more consistently, or how to improve nutrition habits without overcomplicating things.

Kairo can also support action plans by helping turn insights into practical behaviours.

Using journal and reflection context

If you use journaling or add more detailed reflections, Kairo can use that context to give more relevant guidance.

For example, a journal entry may help explain why a stressful day affected your sleep, why your motivation changed, or why a particular routine felt harder than usual.

This helps Kairo respond to your actual experience, not just your scores.

Example questions to ask Kairo

You can ask Kairo questions such as:

“Why is my Readiness lower today?”

“What should I focus on this week?”

“Why has my sleep been inconsistent?”

“What patterns are showing up in my stress logs?”

“How could I improve my nutrition routine without making it complicated?”

“What does my recent journal history suggest?”

Getting the best guidance from Kairo

Kairo works best when your Zovrah data is honest and consistent.

Complete your check-ins, add useful logs, journal when context matters and keep your goals updated. The more relevant information Kairo has, the better it can help you understand your patterns and decide what to do next.
