Zovrah is built around three core pillars: Sleep, Stress, and Nutrition.
These pillars help create your Readiness Score and give you a clearer view of what may be supporting or affecting how you feel each day.
Sleep Score
Your Sleep Score reflects your sleep duration, sleep quality, how easily you fell asleep, whether you woke during the night, and how rested you felt.
Zovrah does not currently rely on sleep stages such as REM or deep sleep to calculate your Sleep Score. This helps keep the score comparable for users with or without wearable devices.
Stress Score
Your Stress Score reflects how stressed you feel, what may be causing stress, how stress is showing up, and how well you are recovering or winding down.
Stress is personal, so Zovrah uses your reflections to understand the context behind the number.
Nutrition Score
Your Nutrition Score reflects meal consistency, nutrition quality, and whether your logged meals appear to support your day.
Nutrition guidance depends on the information you log. If meals are missing, Zovrah may have less context and may limit certain insights.
How these scores connect
Sleep, Stress, and Nutrition are not separate from each other.
A poor night of sleep may affect your stress. A stressful day may affect your food choices. Inconsistent nutrition may affect energy, mood, and readiness.
Zovrah connects these pillars so you can understand the bigger picture, not just isolated scores.
