Your Zovrah scores are designed to reflect how your daily habits, routines, and experiences may be affecting you.
It is normal for your scores to move. Your sleep, stress, nutrition, energy, mood, hydration, activity, and routine can all change from day to day. Zovrah helps you make sense of those changes over time.
A changing score is not always a problem
A lower score does not mean you have done something wrong.
It may simply reflect that your body and mind had more pressure that day. You may have slept less, felt more stressed, skipped a meal, had lower energy, or logged less information than usual.
A higher score may suggest that your recent habits are supporting you well, but it should still be understood as guidance rather than a guarantee.
Look for patterns, not perfection
Zovrah is most useful when you look at trends over time.
One difficult day matters less than a repeated pattern. For example, if your Readiness is often lower after poor sleep, high stress, or inconsistent meals, Zovrah can help you spot that connection and adjust earlier.
Why your early scores may feel broader
When you are new to Zovrah, the app has less history to compare against. This means early scores and insights may feel more general.
As you complete more check-ins, Zovrah builds a stronger personal baseline. This helps make your scores more reflective of you.
