What Affects Your Readiness Score?

A closer look at the main factors that can influence your daily Readiness.

Your Readiness Score is created from the information you provide through your daily check-ins and logs.

Zovrah looks at your Sleep, Stress, and Nutrition scores together to understand how ready you may feel. These pillars are connected, because a difficult night of sleep can affect stress, stress can affect nutrition choices, and nutrition can influence your energy and recovery.

The main factors

Sleep quality and duration
Your sleep timing, how long you slept, how easily you fell asleep, how often you woke up, and how rested you felt can all affect your readiness.

Stress level and stress drivers
Your stress score is based on how you feel across the day, what may be causing stress, how it shows up, and how well you wind down in the evening.

Nutrition consistency
Your nutrition score considers whether you have logged meals, how supportive your meals appear to be, and how consistent your nutrition is across the day.

Logged behaviour
Additional logs, such as meals, hydration, activity, supplements, journaling, and goals, can help Zovrah understand more context around your day.

Missing data
If you have not completed enough check-ins or logs, Zovrah may have less information to work with. In these cases, your score or insight may be shown with lower confidence.

Why your score is personal

Zovrah is designed to become more personal over time. Once you have built enough history, your score is influenced by your own patterns and baseline, not just a generic standard.

This means your Readiness Score is not about comparing you to someone else. It is about helping you understand what supports or affects you.
