Starting Your First Check-in

How your first check-in works and why daily reflection is central to Zovrah.

Your check-ins are the foundation of Zovrah.

They help you pause, reflect, and record how you are actually feeling throughout the day. This is what allows Zovrah to build your Readiness Score, show useful insights, and help Kairo give guidance based on your own data.

The three daily check-ins

Zovrah is built around three short check-ins:

Morning
Focused on sleep, wake-up, energy, and how you feel starting the day.

Midday
Focused on stress, mood, focus, hydration, movement, and how the day is going.

Evening
Focused on overall day impact, nutrition, wind-down, gratitude, and optional reflection.

Each check-in is designed to be short enough to fit into your day, while still giving Zovrah meaningful context.

Why check-ins matter

Zovrah’s core belief is simple: reflection is the product.

The act of checking in helps you become more aware of your patterns. Over time, these reflections help Zovrah show what may be affecting your sleep, stress, nutrition, and readiness.

Your first check-in may produce early guidance, but your insights become more personalised as you build history.

What if I miss a check-in?

Missing a check-in does not mean you have failed. It may simply mean Zovrah has less data for that part of the day.

When data is missing, Zovrah aims to be transparent. Scores and insights may be limited until more information is available.
