Creating your account & starting your membership

A simple guide to setting up your Zovrah account, choosing your membership and getting access through the iOS app.

Overview

Zovrah is currently available on iOS and is accessed through the Zovrah app.

To use Zovrah, you need to create an account. Your account is what allows the app to save your onboarding, check-ins, scores, insights, rewards, subscription access and personalisation over time.

Creating your account

When you first join Zovrah, you will be guided through account creation and onboarding.

Onboarding helps Zovrah understand your goals, routines and starting point. This makes the app more relevant from the beginning and helps shape your early Readiness, Sleep, Stress and Nutrition experience.

Once your account is created, your Zovrah experience is linked to that account. This includes your daily reflections, logs, rewards, Kairo guidance and membership status.

Starting your membership

Zovrah membership is managed through the iOS app.

You can start with a 7-day free trial where available, then continue with either a monthly or annual membership. The current membership options are £12 per month or £99 per year.

Your subscription is processed through Apple, which means billing, renewal and cancellation are managed through your Apple ID subscription settings.

Using invite codes

Some members may join Zovrah through a corporate, community, partner or special-access invite code.

If you have an invite code, make sure you enter it during the relevant access flow so your account can be linked correctly. Invite codes may affect your access type, trial route, membership status or organisation/community connection.

If a code does not work, submit a support request with the code, your account details and where you received the code from.

After your account is set up

Once your account and membership access are active, you can begin using Zovrah’s daily check-ins, Readiness Score, pillar scores, Kairo, rewards and other tracking features.

You do not need to set everything up perfectly on day one. Start with your check-ins, complete onboarding honestly and build your routine over your first week.
