How to get the most out of your 7-Day Free Trial

A simple guide to using your first week properly so you can understand how Zovrah fits into your daily routine.

Overview

Your 7-day free trial is designed to help you experience Zovrah properly before your membership begins.

The best way to use the trial is not to explore every feature once. It is to build a simple daily rhythm, complete your check-ins, review your scores, and see how Zovrah starts connecting your Sleep, Stress, Nutrition and Readiness.

Build a daily check-in habit

During your trial, try to complete all three daily check-ins as consistently as possible.

Your Morning check-in helps Zovrah understand how you slept and how you are starting the day. Your Midday check-in adds context around stress, nutrition, energy and what is changing. Your Evening check-in helps close the loop by reflecting on the full day.

Completing all three gives Zovrah a clearer picture than one isolated check-in.

Review your Readiness Score

Your Readiness Score is one of the main ways to understand what Zovrah is showing you.

During your trial, pay attention to how your Readiness changes after different nights of sleep, stressful days, meal patterns, hydration, activity or missed routines.

The score is not there to judge you. It is there to help you notice what may be affecting how you feel.

Add useful context

You do not need to log everything perfectly during your trial.

Start with the check-ins, then add extra context where it feels useful. This may include meals, hydration, supplements, activity, journal entries or Apple Health data if you choose to connect it.

The more relevant context you add, the easier it becomes for Zovrah to identify patterns and explain what may be influencing your day.

Use Kairo for guidance

Kairo can help you understand your logged data and make sense of your patterns.

During the trial, try asking Kairo about your Readiness Score, stress patterns, sleep routine, nutrition habits or what you could focus on next.

Kairo becomes more useful when it has real information from your check-ins and logs, so the first week is a good time to start building that context.

Understand your welcome bonus

Eligible members may receive a £5 welcome bonus when joining Zovrah.

This is part of Zovrah’s rewards system, which is designed to support consistency and accountability. Rewards are not the whole reason to use Zovrah, but they are one way the app helps make healthy routines feel more motivating.

What to focus on during the trial

The best trial experience comes from using Zovrah honestly and consistently.

Focus on completing your daily check-ins, reviewing your Readiness Score, adding useful context and using Kairo when you want guidance. By the end of the week, you should have a clearer sense of how Zovrah can help you understand your habits and build a routine that feels sustainable.
