Completing Onboarding

Why Zovrah asks onboarding questions and how they shape your experience.

Onboarding helps Zovrah understand your starting point.

You’ll be asked questions about your lifestyle, routines, goals, and current sleep, stress, and nutrition habits. These answers help Zovrah create a better foundation for your scores, insights, and Kairo guidance.

Why onboarding matters

Zovrah is not designed to give every user the same generic advice. Your onboarding answers help the app understand what matters to you and what your current baseline may look like.

This helps with:

Personalising your experience
Zovrah can understand your goals and starting context.

Improving early insights
Your first few days may have lower confidence, but onboarding helps make early guidance more relevant.

Building your baseline
Over time, your check-ins become the main source of personalisation, but onboarding gives Zovrah a useful starting point.

Can I still use Zovrah if I do not have perfect data?

Yes. Zovrah is designed to be honest about missing or incomplete data. If there is not enough information yet, insights may be limited or shown with lower confidence. This is intentional, because Zovrah does not guess when the data is not there.

The more consistently you check in, the more useful Zovrah becomes.
