Getting started with Zovrah

A simple guide to your first week in Zovrah and how to start building a routine that makes the app more useful over time.

Before you begin

Getting started with Zovrah begins with creating your account, completing onboarding and setting up your membership or free trial through the app.

Onboarding helps Zovrah understand your starting point, goals, routines and wellbeing priorities. This gives the app the context it needs to make your experience more relevant from the beginning.

Your first week

During your first week, the most important thing is to build a consistent daily routine.

Zovrah is designed around short check-ins across the day, helping you reflect on your Sleep, Stress, Nutrition and Readiness as your day unfolds.

Try to complete your check-ins as consistently as possible. You do not need perfect days. You just need enough honest information for Zovrah to start understanding your patterns.

Daily check-ins

Your Morning check-in helps capture how you slept, how you feel and how you are starting the day.

Your Midday check-in helps Zovrah understand what has changed, including stress, energy, nutrition, hydration and how your day is developing.

Your Evening check-in gives you space to reflect on the full day, including what affected you, what went well and what you may want to improve tomorrow.

Logging extra context

You can also start logging meals, hydration, supplements, activity and journal entries where relevant.

You do not need to use every feature immediately. Start with the daily check-ins, then add more detail as Zovrah becomes part of your routine.

If you use Apple Health, you can connect it to add extra context around activity and other supported data. This is optional. Zovrah is built around your own reflections first, with connected data used to support the bigger picture.

Understanding early insights

Your Readiness Score and pillar scores will become more useful as you build history.

Early insights may be simpler because Zovrah is still learning your baseline. As you continue checking in, Kairo and your insights can begin to reflect more meaningful patterns in your behaviour.

Getting the most from your first week

The best way to get value from Zovrah in your first week is to use it honestly and consistently.

Focus on completing your check-ins, reviewing your Readiness Score, exploring Kairo when you need guidance and checking your rewards area to understand how consistency is recognised.

Zovrah becomes more useful as it learns from your real routine, not from perfect inputs.
